1 Corinthians 8-11

8 For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.

 

We know that, for our limited understanding purposes, GOD's character is defined using a trinity. The Father is the anchor, the judge, the head. The Son is the word, the teachings, the enabler to reach the Father. Finally we have the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the power that GOD uses to enter us and allow us to belive. As Paul states it is also the power that GOD grants to us in many different forms and in accordance with HIS master plan.

 

We all feel the Spirit in differnt ways it calls on us to serve GOD in different ways. Some are called to alofe dedicated to the church, while others, like mysalf are called upon to do differnt things. I'm compelled to write in this website everyday without fail. I have been doing so for close to a year now. I don't know what the purpose is but I know I have to do it.

 

When the Spirit enters us, it will cause an immediate desire to do GOD's will but its up to us to continually stoke the power the Spirit within us. Look to it, rekindle it and seeks its guidance for it is GOD's will.
