God is omniscient (all knowing). (Psalm 139:2-6; Isaiah 40:13-14).



Since GOD created all things. been around forever and is all powerful, then it is lucky for us that HE is also all knowing. If HE wasn't, He would be prone to misuse of HIS powers.

Before we can even begin to comprehend the three "O"s of GOD, which are Omnipresence, Omnipotence and Omniscience, we must first understand that GOD is spirit. HE is ethereal  but with the power to manifest physically. HE is everywhere at once and HE knows everything and contains all knowledge but unlike us, HIS knowledge is simultaneously at the surface. We must search our brains to recall our knowledge. GOD's knowledge, which is infinite, is all at the surface at one time.



GOD knows more than facts, HE knows intentions and has unlimited knowledge of past, present and even the future. HE knows whats in our hearts so when we talk to HIM, we must give every effort to speak from our hearts and not just say the words. As Paul explains, “there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account” (Hebrews 4:13).



There's a saying, "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." but with GOD, this saying is not true. If our intentions are righteous but the outcome is poor, GOD knows we meant well. For Christians, "The road to heaven is paved with good intentions." GOD knows everything and HE is love. Shouldn't that say something to us?
