Acts 20:35

 "I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"

Its easy to get caught up in the desire for increased possessions. Its in our nature to want more and more of a good thing but Jesus teaches us that the rewards of sharing our wealth is far better than amassing it ourselves. Our time in this world is not meant to secure whatever we can materially but to grow ourselves spiritually in hopes of one day reuniting with our MAKER. The way to please HIM is through kindness to one another.
