The Bible recounts many cases of angels coming to our aid. They guide us, save us, give us messages and warnings from GOD. We know them as holy spiritual beings that can assume different guises. Then there is the fallen angels led by Lucifer or Satan. Lucifer was GOD's most beautiful angel and sat at HIS right hand but, as with us, GOD gave angels free will and Lucifer chose to rebel against GOD. So he was cast down to earth with his followers. These are spiritual beings so they don't physically exist in the way we know but they are among us nonetheless. They take on the form of evil thoughts and deeds. They deceive us with material desires and fill us with hate and contempt. The prince of the power of air whispers lies to us and leads us away from GOD with false promises that ultimately end in our doom. These fallen angels are our temptations and they are very hard to resist.



But we need not fear for GOD hasn't just unleashed evil on us without providing us with ample weapons to combat them. Our weapon is the Bible and the knowledge it provides to overcome the temptations we face. The knowledge that by accepting Jesus, we nullify Satan's work. Even when we fall and succumb to sin, by asking forgiveness in the name of Christ, are sins are immediately and totally foregiven. GOD has stacked the odds in our favor in the battle against evil and sin. Satan and his fallen angels may win a few battles but we are armed to win the war. Having said this, we must be on guard at all times as the fallen are relentless and their aim is to lead us permanently away from our FATHER.  Accept Jesus and make the evil fallen's efforts futile.
