Galatians 5:22

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Once we seek to discover GOD, it is the act of the Holy Spirit planting a seed in us. That seed needs to be nurtured and cared for in order for it to grow into spiritual maturity. Each of us has a spiritual inner self whether we recognize it or not. Through knowing GOD and by HIS grace in Jesus Christ, we can bear "good" fruit. We are all part of a great big orchard that belongs to GOD. Whether we bear good fruit and grow in HIS light or not is up to us. Should we bear bad fruit with wicked spirits, like any orchard, we will be chopped down and thrown into the fire. If we bear good fruit, we will flourish and grow and be enjoyed by all who we encounter. Be benevolent with kindness and love and the fruit of our spirits will be everlasting and seet.

"I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit" (John 15:1-2).

Even our Lord Jesus Christ knew this and as far as fruit goes, there is, was nor ever will be any fruit sweeter than that which Jesus bears.
