The day will come when we will all be judged. Pretty  scary and forbidding and definitely not something to look forward to by the sound of it. The book of Revelation gives us a symbolic description of the time when we are to be judged and for those who don't pass muster, an eternity of despair awaits.

We know that the only way to escape such a fate is through the belief and acceptance of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior but what about those who are ignorant of the Word? What if a person lived his whole life in a remote jungle somewhere and never heard of Jesus but lived his life selflessly and righteously? GOD, once again, makes a provision for this possible scenario. In Revelations, we learn that there will be a thousand period where all the sleeping souls (passed away) will be resurrected and live in a world where Jesus reigns over all and satan will be sent to the abyss and not have sway over mankind. During this time, everyone will know of Jesus and enjoy a millennium of peace and love. At the end of this period, satan will be allowed one final attempt to sway us, which I believe is GOD's final way of rooting out all evil before admittance into heaven commences.

For those who don't know Christ, this is a time when they will be introduced and for those who haven't accepted Jesus, this will be their final chance to do so only during this period, there will be no doubt as Jesus will be with us here on earth.

The Bible often mentions GOD's wrath and anger and punishments and makes HIM seem pretty fierce but I see GOD as all forgiving. HE continuously provides ways of reconciliation even though we keep offending HIM over and over again.

HE sacrificed HIMSELF through Christ so that we may be forgiven our sins in perpetuity and in the end, HE will provide a thousand year period, with obvious proof for doubters for us to repent and accept Jesus. For me, its like taking an exam with the answers filled in already. It may seem difficult to many but for me, GOD makes salvation a no brainer.
