"In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths." Proverb 3:6.



We must fully understand that GOD does not just influence what pertains to HIM. HE is not just involved with spiritual development or Christian works. GOD is the CREATOR and mastermind behind everything we see, do, have done or ever will do. HE is the reason for everything in the universe. We can talk about dark mater or whatever but without GOD, all would cease to exist. HE encoded our DNA and HE is the reason why gases in space explode into stars. There's really no other explanation.



So knowing this, we must acknowledge and give thanks for all that we have, whether in abundance or scarcity, HE has provided it all. And when we step back to examine our own lives, we see that if we are still alive, HE has done HIS job in providing what is needed to sustain us. By sustaining us, we know that HE still has plans for us and we know that those plans are for the greater good or purpose. We are still around to complete HIS divine purpose and fpr that, we must be thankful.

The way to thank GOD and to praise HIM is through prayer. There are, of course the standard prayer times, which are mornings, at night and before meals (Which I often forget sadly.) but in order to truly honor HIM, I believe we must seek HIS guidance throughout the day. Whenever faced with a decision, asking GOD for guidance (when I remember to) gives me confidence that whatever the outcome, the effect of my decision was for HIS greater purpose.



I feel we should seek GOD's advice throughout the day in casual prayer, more like a discussion really. It can be brief and you don't have to be on bended knee. Just a silent communication with our CREATOR who is listening and if do so, HE will guarantee we choose the best path.
